    GM..can you help me with this?

    Nahack po yung dalawang account ko..
    Nung araw po ng January 15, 2011..
    Nawala po yung mga equips at items ko..

    Nagchange password na po ako but before that eh nawala na naman yung dalawang TCG na kakakuha ko..tsk tsk!!! Embarassed Embarassed

    Usually hacking activities happen when you in an internet cafe, keylogger and such., secondly you downloaded a file send by a friend maybe, which contains keylogger.

    Remember that GM's DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS and are not responsible for account loss due to carelessness, it is your responsibility to protect your account, if you must change password daily, do it.

    In any case we will still investigate the issue to track the culprit and do the necessary action.

    GM..may sarili naman po akong laptop na ginagamit ko,di po ako naglalaro sa cafe o kahit saan mang computer shop..
    Pero bakit po ang nag-appear na nagPM sakin nun eh "GM HeadEvent"?
    Kaya nagulat po ako nun kaya binigay ko yung account ko..(katangahan) XD

    Sad to say but there's nothing we can do on the item lost. The only way we can do is to try to trace the hacker. Again protect your account at all times, never entrust your account (this includes giving your password) even if it's a GM.
