In-Game House RULES!

1. No hacking, duping, scamming, botting, macro-ing, or otherwise tampering with Clash RO in any way, shape, or form. Use of homonculus AI is not considered botting so long as the player goes AFK in TOWNS and not DUNGEONS, FIELDS or EVENT MAPS. 0 Delay Sprites fall under this rule as well.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Permanent Ban
1a. Intentionally erroring other players with erroneous items/equipment is considered abuse and will get the instigator punished on sight if caught.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 1 day ban. 2nd Offense: 3 day ban. 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban.

2. No spamming chats to buy/sell/trade stuff or creating pubs in the main town. This includes chats to buy, sell, trade. In Morroc, you can set up your chat rooms and Vending pubs on our Vending area.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn + Kick, or just Kick. 2nd Offense: 2 hour jailtime. 3rd Offense: 24 hour jailtime.

3. Selling items for real money or for items in another server is strictly prohibited and will get you banned on sight.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Permanent Ban.

4. No skill spamming in any town, the vending arena, or the mall. Skill spamming is the use of skills in fast repetition or using skills over and over to lag other players or the server. Testing something in a town is fine, but AoE skill spamming, or lag causing skill use over a prolonged time can result in a warning. Further use of this can result in a jailing or temporary ban depending on user and continued use.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd Offense: 2 hour jailtime. 3rd Offense: 24 hour jailtime.

5. No begging of any kind. This includes for Zeny, Buffs, Items, Being a GM, asking to be unbanned if you were banned, or asking for real information. And this will not be tolerated through Guild Chat, Main Chat, Private Messaging, Party Chat or broadcasting. It's not cool.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd Offense: Mute for 5 minutes. 3rd Offense: Mute for 15 minutes or Jail for one hour, depending on GM's discretion.

6. No harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to sexual, racial, or religious harassment. This includes through means of Party Chat, Broadcasting [through either Megaphones or the NPC Broadcaster], Guild Chat, Main Chat, PM's or Personal Messengers.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd Offense: Mute for 10 minutes. 3rd Offense: 2 day ban. 4th Offense: Permanent Ban.

7. No kill stealing other players. There are a lot of monsters to kill. MVPs OUTSIDE the MVP Summoner are free for all. If you summon something using your skills, or using Bloody Branches please be aware these are at your own risk. Please be sure to not spawn/summon in a common area if you wish to practice this. Use remote locations and only tell those you WANT to know.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd Offense: Jail for one hour. 3rd Offense: Jail for 1 day or ban for 1 day.

8. Be respectful of all players. This includes GM Staff, Moderators, helpers, Players and Administrators!
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd+ Offense: Mute for 5 to 10 minutes.

9. Be respectful of all GMs/Admins. If you pm them and they do not answer, they could be afk or helping other players, so please don't spam them. Be patient. And please do not pm a GM when they are in the middle of doing an event. Try to use @request and ask for a support player to help you. If no one can help you at that moment, please wait until the GM can answer you.
9a. Disrespecting anyone on the Staff, be it a Support Player, GM, or even the Admin, will result in the player getting punished, depending on the GM's discretion.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn + mute for 5 minutes. 2nd Offense: 1 day ban. 3rd+ Offense: 3 day ban

10. Do not abuse bugs or glitches. They are to be reported as soon as possible to a GM/Admin/Support Player by using @request or on the forum. If you can't reach a GM in game, please be sure to take screenshots as well, in case anything happens.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 2 day ban. 2nd Offense: 4 day ban. 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban.

11. Do not block or crowd around NPCs. Players must have at least one cell between them and the npc. There is no reason to sit so close to them. Hiding in NPCs in PVP is also not allowed. This includes in events, or any map for this matter. Do not have your pets, Mercenaries, or Homunculous's block them either.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd Offense: Kick. 3rd Offense: Jail for 12 hours.

12. Do not use "GM", "Game Master", "Security", "Admin", or "Administrator" in your name, party name, guild name, or guild title. The punishment for impersonating a GM is an IP ban. And do not use the Dreamer name without permission from the server owner.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Permanent Ban.

13. Do not advertise other servers/webpages. Not via Private Messages, Guild Chat/Announcements, Party Chat, or Main Chat. And those who think Character names for advertising is cool, think again. No.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 1 day ban. 2nd Offense: 3 day ban. 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban.

14. Do not PvP or duel in the main town. PvP can be done in other towns but not our main one. Morroc, Prontera, Gonyrun, PVP maps, Fields, any of those are fine. Do NOT pvp in our main towns. Not even for testing a weapon.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd Offense: Jail for 1 hour. 3rd Offense: 1 day ban.

15. Do not use dead branches or bloody branches in any town, the jail, or the Newbie Area. That is what the branch room is for.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 1 day ban or 24 hour jailtime. 2nd+ Offense: 2 day ban.

16. Do not ask to be a GM. When the Staff is hiring, there will be a post on the forums. Keep yourself up to date on whether GM positions are open there.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warn. 2nd+ Offense: Mute for 5 minutes.

17. If you loan out items or equips, you do so at your own risk. If you loan out items to someone and they keep the items, do NOT ask a GM to get them back for you.

18. Do NOT give out your ID or password to anyone, this includes GMs. A GM will not ask for your ID or password, so use caution with this. If you share your account information, and someone takes items off of your account, do NOT ask a GM to replace your items.
